CLIENT INTAKE: TACTICAL DEBRIEF SESSION

To maximize our 45-minute 1-on-1 session, please provide the following details. This allows me to pre-calculate your Numerical shifts and transit alignments before we meet.

  1. Prerequisite Report: Please provide the Order Number or Date of your Strategic Architecture or Deep Dive report. (A prior report is required for this session).

  2. Your #1 Strategic Objective: What is the single most important outcome you want to achieve in the next 90 days?

  3. The Current Roadblock: What is the biggest obstacle (internal or external) currently slowing your momentum?

  4. Specific Dates for Analysis: List 2–3 upcoming dates (meetings, launches, or negotiations) you want to "stress test" against your chart.
